All players must have a Challonge username to compete. This must be provided in the notes section at the time of payment. Failure to include this information may result in forfeited entry fees and disqualification from the tournament. Create your username by signing up at Challonge.com and submit it with your registration payment.

All attendees and players must sign a media release form at tournament check-in. Elite Stix events are broadcasted live and streamed across various platforms, so your participation confirms your agreement to be filmed and featured in our content.

To qualify for the tournament, all required information must be submitted before the registration deadline. Late or incomplete entries may result in disqualification.
